Such a beautiful response, I echo Marnie! When I had pain like that my experience came from a few different things - ankle injury, running too much and not strengthening, and uneven shoes from my gait. Replacing my shoes, rolling out my feet with a tennis ball, ice, rest all helped. I am no longer running, exclusive M/BODYer now, and no longer have any pain anywhere in my body. I share just my own experience, but maybe it helps? I hope you get some relief!
