This class is a favorite low impact class! Stand to floor combos with killer side glute combos that make real fire. True no impact and so so good

Oh my goodness, so much fun!! Cardio dance classes are my fave with their bouncy joyful energy. They make me cheesy grin and sing and dance more freely. I love all the 4 counts and changes in this one, keep classes like these coming 😍. Thank you for another fabulous one Marnie and team!
