What a truly unique M/BODY class! No bounce, no jumps, pure grounding sculpty stretchy bliss. Option to use one single heavier weight (5lbs was right for me). Opening stretches are some never done before in the catalog 5th position sequences, and ending blue light is elongated. You will definitely feel the sculpt in the stretch.

I love KOS protein powder. Organic, vegan, and on Amazon. I use a coffee bean grinder to process seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, flax) and add to smoothies with chia seeds , all soaked overnight to help with digestion. Adding nut butter is a must for taste and nutrients 😋 Seed cycling is super easy and recommend for hormone health. The added bonus is the nutrition and caloric benefits.
