What an absolute treat!! Watching Marnie teach and taking the class alongside LP, and feeling her love for instruction and movement and dance and fun and friendship (so many ands, the list could keep going..) was so special.

60 Signature 273 is a forever fave of mine.

I love the unique choreo and that there is so much of it packed in one class. I appreciate the subtle sequencing changes for variety too. Brain and body work at its best!

Right?! So good!! Marnie has a Spotify profile and playlists from classes if you want to find a song ☺️

Yay, that’s awesome! I think the general recommendation is about hip level 😊

Oh my fantastic Mother F*cking greatness. This class is so fun, and the playlist?! This fam came through with the requests and Marnie straight up served with the new moves and sequencing variations. LOVED.

Of course I loved this one! Grounded sweat vibes, new flowy combos, and true fire sculpt moments 🫶Perfect for days when mental energy is low (those do I want to, can my body do this, I’m feeling depleted on jumping/endurace days)

Hmm, I will let Marnie/a professional answer this for real!..but can’t not try to help.

I am remembering cues from class to focus on how much or if you are leaning forward either by leaning on the barre or hunching or leaning forward. I would try putting your focus on placement of your pelvis in the neutral spine position without that over or under tuck that Marnie talks about, and leaning back more to take weight away from being over the knee. Really harnessing that upper body posture.

It makes sense to me too to try putting more weight in the heel and trying flat feet or releve. Our bodies are all unique!
