Yes, I am for sure adapting the board! Longer workouts when I have more time and my energy is peak. And throwing in some faves when I need the joy #90sHipHopclass 🙌

I will definitely try less lemon! And get some fresh. I do like ACV in celery juice so maybe that’ll be my go to. I like the sunshine water idea! Do you use the liquid cayenne?

I’m the opposite! The lemon water makes me nauseous but it may be because I’m using lemon juice and not fresh lemons..😬 My favorite way to get greens in is to add them to any meal. Stir fry? Throw it on top of some spinach, and let it wilt. Soup? Add some kale when you reheat. Any Buddha bowl type thing is perfect for having greens and you can switch up variety and textures with sauces, different grains, nuts or seeds 🤤
