I said the same to Jess but try a cheap playground ball until you can get the mini! It has more squish. Before my mini I used it under my size 6 feet and it feels right!

Oops posted too soon. New choreo will really have you wiggling and digging deep to access a growth mindset. It does help to make sure your ball is the right size. Mini worked best for my small feet as well as deflating for more squish. Ending with a push-up plank dance and the loveliest stretch series. Came back to this one again already 💛

This class has everything to make real SWEAT. Dance cardio and weighted cardio for your heart and then some true burn and dripping sweat with contolled movements using the ball under your feet, behind AND between your knees

I do as well, but only use as slippers. My feet got too hot wearing them in class lol and honestly, unless your mat or floor is slippery socks are not needed. Let those toes breathe 😌

I really loved this class. True orange, no impact, with that blue light yoga flow feeling laced all throughout class. Don’t let that lead you to believe you won’t be challenged and feel true burn though, it is Marnie 🔥

This class is pure play!! (With some serious fire of course; hello new balancing ball moves, I loved them!). It is such a special class and a much needed reminder for me to allow some ease so that joy comes and that joy is associated with movement.
