This class is amazing!! It is kick filled dancing joy (straight up cheesy grins) and brain working punching combo bliss. Optional 2-3lb weights for half of class; disclaimer, you WILL feel that choice in your biceps and deltoids for the ab section. FIRE. Loved it!!

What an energizing (and energy needed) class! Faster bpms for cardio dance but only two rounds, classic M/BODY side and parallel lunges and jumps and THEN a treat with weights at the barre and the floor. Love it!

Hi! Adding Signatures 5, 6 to this list! Kicked my a**. <20 Abs/85 is a true burner. Tough but amazing is Sig 23 80-90s Hip Hop. Great high energy class with true tricep and ab burn is Sig 139. Okay I’ll stop 😂

No impact, highs and lows for sweat. I loved the flowy combos of this class. The mix of standing, floor, parallel, curtsy and second positions was exactly what my brain needed to focus on to make it fresh and fun, while building fire of course.

I’m late but a great full body class is 45 FB Sweat/252. Cardio heavy with weights and some ball work that takes all of your brain power aka no room for bullshit thoughts.
