I echo Marnie! I bought an led strand on Amazon and lined my mirror and the floor. I have to manually use a remote to change the colors but so easy and so cheap. You’ll love it!

Yay Claudia!! It may take a bit for your inner legs to get used to the rubber and firmness- I had some stats he dicomfort at first but my body got used to it. I did have genuine pain trying to use the reg ball under my feet and Marnie wisely advised mini for me or I use another ball that has more give, small feet (size 6US) and it’s much better. You’ll love them!! Molly M would tell you to keep it away from dogs (RIP to hers) and I advise keeping away from kids 😉

Very well rounded class! Classic cardio dance with predictable jump series, wide second and ball work, and my fave barre glute combos. Orange brought a tough plank push up series; def had to work to embrace humility, honor my process and drop to knees. Ball abs and blue light glutes of course, because it wouldn’t be a signature without that amazing ending.

This class is so freaking fun!! No equipment and so many moves/sequences I have never done, in over a year of classes. Killer glute and ab focus, the best fire ever. Feeling so strong 🙌

I came to comment how much I love this class and see that I already did lol The dance joy and the barre choreo gave my body exactly what it needed today and the meditation grounded me. Thank you Marnie xxoo
