Wow, Marnie, you absolutely nailed the new May theme of healing in this class. Every part felt healing in every way possible; mentally, physically, and spiritually/soulfully. This class guides through waves of confidence, strength, restoration, introspection, and play. From the violet vibes, to the words, to the playlist(!), to the new choreo and subtle sequencing changes (🤍). Healing to the core.

These classes always surprise me by how much I need them and by how much true physical and mental work is in them. To just have a mat and a body and that’s it. To trust that that is enough.

Marnie closes class with this reminder; we teach ourselves to trust when we allow our bodies to move as they are. Without props or endless strain in efforts to seek more, more, more (hi, it’s me). These classes teach us, teach our bodies, that we are “committed to our own power”. I need to strengthen this because good gosh I am very shaky with my trust. Thank you for this class, it is so much more than a workout if you let it in.

This class has fantastic violet energy, with some red fire thrown in, and new choreography too. I appreciated the subtle variations during the lunge sequencing that our dear Monique referenced below; anything that gets the brain and body working in unique ways will always feel so good to me. It also has some true push moments, hello weighted jumps and ball under foot quad TORCHing. It’s the first 45 signature in a while without a mid class stretch and I loved this for staying in the flow of energy. It gives a throw back feel to the older 45s in the catalog that I love so much. More please!

I really appreciate how all of the power sculpt classes have varying choreography and sequencing of similar moves. I loved “playing”, yes it’s playful and exploratory and doesn’t have to be scary just because it’s new and challenging Linds, with 15s and 10s. It’s a combo of trying and tuning in and listening to know when to add or drop weight.

Each power sculpt class is fresh and they are all so grounding. I found myself so calm after this class that instead of seeking more more as my norm, I said, nope, 30min and done today. I also was so well regulated and relaxed that I took the whole morning slower, and was slightly late for work lol. A win!

Lauren, between your 3 human minis and your fur mini, I’m not sure how you can even handle the adorableness! And you are a Queen mama for working out with allll the minis 🙌

Hi Danelys 😊 I love that you are getting a barre! It is truly a game changer for giving you that extra special feel while you take classes.

I don’t own the Booty Kicker, but quite a few global fam members have mentioned they have it and haven’t had complaints; but I’m pretty sure it’s not adjustable for height and the Amazon description says fixed. I do think it’s a lower barre than some other brands though.

The other barre she listed looks like the one I got on Amazon in which case both barres are adjustable just by twisting the screws on each end that holds the barre in place. The adjustable one I have is the one I attached (it’s no longer being sold on Amazon). If you shop and look for a barre with those screws that I circled you should be all set!

I hope this helps, happy shopping!

Hi Rebecca! Any resistance exercises (free weights, body weight, balance work) basically every single mbody class, woohoo!, is designed to support and target bone density. So hit play on any class and you’re doing it 😊

For classes that give that strength training feeling, the “Power Sculpt” classes are great for that. There are 5 in the curriculum ranging from 20-45min. They are designed for heavier weight use (up to 15lbs is recommended but it is all individually based, so listen to your body). I also find the “arm sculpt” classes to give that specific body part that strength training vibe. You could definitely create a playlist specific to what you are looking for.

You should be able to find the classes if you use the browse feature and key words.

(If you know all this, please disregard, and know I can’t help myself in throughly answering questions about the catalog and playlists. Mbody geek for life 🤓❤️)

Amazing Becky, sending love and a huge happy birthday!!
