I don’t know why I’ve never commented, this is one of my all time favorites. It’s such a spicy class! I love the mix of stamina and strength embedded throughout. It’s a great one for when you are feeling low energy, which you wouldn’t think as it requires a lot of engagement, but it is. It demands your brain to snap to attention for the choreo and your body has no choice but to keep pace with it. It’s half stand and half floor with such a great variety of moves. The pattern of doing series twice is refreshing and calming to know what to expect.

I loved this one. These 10min classes are helping to rewire my thinking from perfect performance during a class to embracing practice. There is something about the shorter length that allows me to lean into that thinking, like learning tidbits. How can I practice barre today. I am excited for more opportunities to practice different skills (floor abs, P&P, ballet, gliders; so many opportunities to geek out and learn from practicing). Thank you for this series!
