Hi! I attached an Easier Days playlist of some random 30s and 20s I’ve come across that I have found gentler. I also tend to gravitate to the 30-45 Grounded Sweat classes and Floor Flows on those days I need less impact and less burn me alive fire 😉As you have said it is subjective of course!

Mayo! This is amazing and adorable!! Thank you for sharing. I can identify with the hesitancy to share photos and videos, and am so glad you did 🥰

Mayo (mah-yo) of course!! Correct, she uses Bala and I find that I couldn’t tighten them enough (I only tried in store on my wrists though!),but also the price point is high. I am attaching a picture from Amazon for visuals :)

The top one is like the Bala brand and may not tighten enough. The bottom one is the kind that I find works better for me. I don’t have that specific brand, mine were from a coworker who didn’t want them so free for me.

I could not favorite this class fast enough. Different sequencing for cardio dance and sight variations kept my brain on point and my mind seeking the why and the what feels good and what do I need. I especially loved the NEW (eee 🤩) dynamic slower combos in legs/glutes and abs. I am someone who pushes (too) hard/fast/more in effort to achieve. I miss so much with this mentality, and it’s quite berating to my overall being. I have been working so hard to rewire this tendency with this gem of a platform. This class is truly balance in motion. It allows me to allow myself to slow down and be in the movement with myself without a performance focus.

What an amazing class! It was full body and brain engaging and invigorating to use the 3 props. So unique and effective, absolute opposite of boring. Thank you Marnie!!

You’re welcome! As a fellow small boned human, I recommend the ankle weights that fasten with a Velcro strap instead of single Velcro closure. The strap allows for making them tighter for small frames and they don’t fall off or slide up and down your legs.

Hi! The most recent sculpt class her white ankle weights are 2lbs, each, I believe? (but please correct me if I’m wrong K or M!)

The rainbow balas she has used in other classes are 5lbs total so 2.5lbs each.

I hope that helps!

I love PP classes and each one is unique. They are the most grounding and calming, and strengthening simultaneously. This one was no exception and I really liked the incorporation of side planks. Thank you Marnie!

Lauren, oh my sweetness!! How are they 6 months already?!! (It probably doesn’t feel like that to you mama, 😮‍💨 😅) I absolutely love seeing you and your minis, rolling with whatever happens and getting to the mat. Inspiring for sure!
