Yay!! You definitely want a little soft. Inflate and then try putting under your arches in diamond legs (mini for around size 6 feet or smaller, or if mini feels better however your feet are sized). You’ll know if it’s too much air by whether you fall off or your arches hurt from the tightness. You want your heel to press in with some give and still feel supported. If you keep rolling off it’s too much. I air on (haha, air 🤓😂) on less rather than more for squeezing ability and support without too much pressure on arches or inner thighs when we do those moves. Short answer, if it hurts in any way, try releasing some air.

Oh my gosh it was so fun Molly Mandell !! The cardio dance I wanted to rw and repeat x10 lol and the next level work with weights was 🤩

That’s the one I started with too as I remembered it the least! The next two are more Christmasy aka most fun cardio dance!

Kasey Taegel I feel for you mama! It is so challenging when illnesses knock us out, and force rest (the back and forth thoughts on pushing through, letting yourself rest, ugh, such head games). Let yourself rest Kasey!! You will come back stronger than ever for doing so. Because we know you’ll be back (M/BODY lifer 🙌)
