Heidi Jones I’m glad you like it too! I love mixing and matching smaller classes and also finding shorter core/ab segments from longer classes and adding them onto the shorter ones. The catalog is a menu ☺️

Caroline S the wide second work on the ball is definitely tough! You are not alone in that. I usually find my non dominant side leg (for me it’s left) is harder. I know with your work you must be super introspective and in tune with your body. It’s talking to you for sure and you seem to be really listening. Thank you for sharing, it helps others (me for one!).
What size are your feet? Marnie has recommended in previous classes exploring the mini if you have smaller feet (I think she said <8 may feel better). She’s also mentioned the individual shape of feet being a factor ie arches etc. I am a size 6 and need a mini for under feet work, hands down. The large one doesn’t work for me (my body is too pitched forward from the height and the ball of my foot doesn’t feel secure on the ground). Good luck and go buy that mini! It’s also so good for behind the knee work for activating the hamstring/glutes and in some classes she uses both balls, so fun ☺️
