Getting stronger takes a lot of time. I've been trying with being better at push ups for 1 and a half year. I made a lot of progress, but in "millimeters and not miles". But the progress is so much fun!

As soon as I notice I don't have the right form in any position it starts shifting just by being aware of it. So you'll evolve so much in a short time I promise.

I recommend this workout to somebody who's feeling a bit low in energy or unmotivated. This is one of the best pick me up workouts!
