Aw, Marnie! I really need to get back to this routine! I did it for almost a year, then I drifted away and only the water remained. But I am going to get back to it again (and again if necessary) until it becomes second nature as drinking enough water & getting enough sleep & daily movement! Thanks for posting about it from time to time!

I LOVE choosing a workout for my current mood, body and mind needs! I love that we have this many options! In these past few days I completed <30 inner thigh sculpt 196, <20 low impact barre sweat 207, <30 recovery flow 220. All of them were so restorative and calming my mind. I also did some higher impact classes such as the knockout sweat 224, <45 summer sweat 199! I highly recommend <60 signature rise up 197 because it is so empowering and special! That's the spirit I want to welcome the new year in! Have fun, and let me know if you need more inpo,

I just finished this class on Christmas Eve (Eve) with my mom. We laughed, wiggled, took breaks and sweated it all out. M/BODY makes it so much easier to love, connect and celebrate. And it makes us stronger with every breath and heartbeat. 🙏✨

Hi, I just finished my workout and I used the desktop version and it was functioning perfectly. Can it be your WiFi?
