Hi! I've been doing M/BODY for two years, 5-7 workouts a week. I feel the best when I add a 20 min really gentle yoga flow or stretch after a Marnie class. I noticed, my legs just need a bit more stretch than Marnie includes in her classes. When I skip the additional stretches I tend to feel more stiff in my calves especially. I try to take 30-60 min walks daily, and I just love riding my bike whenever I can. Spending time outside, following the changes of nature is healing. But besides M/Body I don't follow any strict workout plans. I feel healthy. My mental health has never been this stable ever, than in these past couple of years, so that's the most powerful change I noticed, but I am sure my body is more alive now than ever. But I am aware that growth happens in millimeters. Marnie's presence in my life is constant: I am dealing with everyday life challenges with more ease and inner peace, and I am more open to see and act with love and curiosity and kindness.

I love coming back to this class because it has probably the most sets of tucks and hip circles. These Latino beats are so joyful!!! This class is a comfortable space for me, gets me sweaty without even noticing it.

I have to admit, I took two breaks at the standing arm series, it was more challenging than I expected. The lower body work was a huge surprise! I love when we incorporate new balancing challanges! This class was just as challenging for me as those plank and push up floor series. A good indicator to return back to it in the future!

I chose this workout because of these convincing comments below. I loved that we were using weights during 80% of class. They help activate my back and ab muscles on a whole new level. Those planks with weights were challenging, but such a nice low impact video! I'll come back to it again soon!
