It felt like this class was designed for me for today. Those slooooow choreos really involved my brain, and slowing it down can bring such a different challenge than increasing the heart rate with cardio. It's all standing ab work (I might felt it more in my glutes) with weights. This class completely balances out a busy day. Thank you for the amazing playlist, too (I feel like a M/Body playlist is only complete if it has some Taylor Swift beats :))
