I've just finished this workout, and OMG - I feel like I am somebody new - I did almost all of the push-ups ON MY TOES and I could do all of that with ease and joy and excitement and I can't even express my sense of achievement! I think my sensible wrists got so much stronger in the past one and a half years with Marnie, and a restful weekend behind me is also a big part of that I could just thrive on the mat today. I am super grateful and full of belief, and "growth happens in millimeters", but the word itself says I'M POSSIBLE. Keep up with heading in the right direction fam, no matter how slow you're going.
