This class is probably one of the loosest, coolest, messiest cardio dances on the platform with a lot of hip circles and rolls, my instant biggest favorite!!! I honestly felt like a little girl dancing in front of the television without a care in the world. It is easy to follow, the playlist is PERFECTION. I am so excited for those of you who are about to have this experience. It'll make you feel so refreshed and young and beautiful and joyful. If you ever have that decision-making fatigue, this is THE BOMB! @marnie your limit is beyond the sky!
