Those pliés at the beginning while warming up the calves were so much fun. And it felt so healing when we pulled our thighs together at the barre leg-lift section. The incorporated stretches are always needed, that's one of the most significant reasons I love the signature classes so much. The abs series were impossible for me at this point in time😂🔥. Fun playlist!

It has been a minute since I've done a signature workout, and it felt so good to be part of today's live with this rockin' playlist. Usually, I'm thriving through the jump series, but today my body signaled to back it off a little bit. On the other hand, I'm usually stretching during push-ups😅, yet today I could easily do 12 of them on my toes! Every day is different.
Speaking of butterflies, this quote just appeared on my phone: the secret is not to chase butterflies but to take care of the garden so they'll come to you. 🦋🦋🦋

Marnie, thank you so much for the bonus flow yesterday and for taking the time to honor our requests. I'm still learning, but I believe my body needs a lot of additional stretches in order to keep up with the sculpt and sweat and your stretch flows are so different than anything else on youtube. I can always feel the intentionality behind them and it's amazing how safely designed they are while we don't waste a second even when it gets really slow. I appreciate all classes, but especially stretches, they're all magic. THANK YOU!

This one is great when you want to be really gentle with your lower body, but would like to gain strenght and release some tension in your upper body. I love how step by step we warm up every inch in our arms and shoulders and by the time you realize, you already got your sweat on during those busy days. Don't overthink, just press play 😉

It's not easy to put the Marnie Magic into words, but part of it for me is that it always feels like the very first time. The excitement, the joy, the challenges, the rejuvenation, and the relief are always there. This class kicked my 🍑. The standing section kept my mind focused, I LOVED those punching combos and the bouncy choreo. The floor series with weights were humbling to say at least. The playlist is on repeat ever since!!! SOOO GOOD!

This 60 min signature class falls into the 'one of the gentle ones' category for me. It felt great to do it tonight after a bunch of low-body sculpt classes during the week. My body wasn't craving for a killer burn, but my spinning mind was sure craving for a 60-minute bouncy turning inwards experience.
And I am so grateful for that elongated plank series because it strengthens my wrists in the most powerful and safest ways possible. The ab work also felt like a lower back healer series, and the final stretch flow was everything.

I realized one of the reasons I feel the burn so intensely during and after these shorter workouts is that I give my all without unconsciously trying to save up any energy. This one is simple, yet very powerful. I never in my life would imagine having such strong legs that can go so low. Those deep courtesy lounges in these past couple of months made such a huge difference and I LOVE them more with each class. Amazing playlist as usual!!
