I’m super pumped for this challenge and am aiming for 5 per week. I love how this one is timed with the natural cycles of the season. Cheers to a new moon, new challenge and new energy!

Gorgeous! I love the grace and elegance of this class and I really enjoyed the crescendo including fairy jumps. I did this class in my socks and hard floor and it was fabulous.

I have 10lbs that I like to use for Power Sculpt classes. Some of the moves are challenging but those are among my favourite classes.

Favourite Class

I loved the cardio sweat 111. I’m a fan of anything that gets my HR up and the sweat flowing. I can’t believe we are over 2/3 through the challenge. Bravo to my fellow challengers! I’ve never exercised this many days in a row my life and I’m definitely seeing some positive changes in my body and my mental health. 💪❤️
