I am so sorry for your loss Marisol. Caring for parents is on another level of tough. It's weird to flip from child to caregiver. It sounds like you transitioned into that role like a warrior and I'm glad you are taking care of yourself after such a traumatic loss. Omg Faith Kelly this is your question!! For me, the only place besides home(bedroom and living room) has been my cottage up north in Mackinaw City!

I mean everything has changed....mind,body, and soul!! I notice that I feel more confident and independent in a way! Like I can master new things and take on the world vibes more than I ever have!! I feel strong!!😍

I also suffer from endo and there isn't one workout I've done that hasn't helped my pain! Some days are better than others though and the option of the slow flows are always my go to if I need to move my body and kind of "untangle."
