A class similar to Low impact Sculpt 217...love a slow 60 minutes full of fire and mindful movement!! And maybe some more guides! A guide for maybe core strength, flexibility and recovery, reset or detox, lean muscle...I always feel different after a challenge where classes are carefully curated bty Marnie in a certain sequence to get the most benefit!!
