This is one of my all time favorite flows 💜 I feel so strong yet so light, so graceful. Love this on a morning, after an intense workout and in the evening, before going to bed. The best one!

Omg this one was such a good challenge! Why was it harder than the power sculpt? 😂it was so great on pushing me out of the comfort zone of our usual moves and bringing more attention to smaller muscles. Definitely coming back to it 😍💕
