I know I say this after every new class, but this one is definitely my favorite session! So thankful for how you always incorporate new things into our routine, so we keep challenging ourselves and don't get stuck at one place. A strength training was exactly what I was missing! Will be coming back to this a lot and with different weights <3

Hello fam!! I havenโ€™t been very active here because of all the changes happening so quickly. I hope you are all doing good ๐Ÿ’œ Iโ€˜m so excited about the new challenge! Itโ€™s been almost 2 years since my last challenge, because we moved to Mexico City and life has been very crazy since then. I still do my workouts and keep up with the news, but a new challenge will definitely help me reconnect me with this amazing community! Never have I ever regretted doing an M/body session - no matter how tired I am before, I always feel 1000 times more energised and grateful afterwards. My third time doing this class and always coming back to it ๐Ÿ’œ

This one was so balanced and good! I am currently recovering after being sick and starting with only 20 minutes to slowly get my energy and power back, so this one was just the perfect workout for me! Loved every bit of it, thank you <3
