So this is what my board looks like. Itβs that time of the month and I literally have almost zero energy. Wanted to do my favourite Phenomenal Woman session, but the 20 minute Cardio Sweat was the maximum I was able to do. Do you workout while on your period? How do you manage it during the Challenge? Have a great new day π

The Towel's Dance somehow always kicks my butt! I don't have a lot of energy today, that's why 20 minutes was just right. Mentally I've noticed a big improvement though: This Challenge is already helping me overcome my fear of the one hour sessions and also some specific moves. Now I'm even into it - more sweat, more challenge, because I know at the end it always feels great and it's where the change happens. So the flowers were a real gift to myself! πΊπΈπΊπΈ
