thank you so much for the comments! Yes, for me are the first two days too much, after that I get my energy back and I‘m able to do a long workout. Thank you Monique for the tip - I will try out the Happy Hips next time, when I have cramps. The good thing is we already have a free day on this board, so I will be able to catch up! The last Challenge has taught me to listen to my body and also to do what’s right for the day and not what I think I should be doing. Thank you for the support! 🌸🌸🌸
So this is what my board looks like. It’s that time of the month and I literally have almost zero energy. Wanted to do my favourite Phenomenal Woman session, but the 20 minute Cardio Sweat was the maximum I was able to do. Do you workout while on your period? How do you manage it during the Challenge? The Towel's Dance somehow always kicks my butt! I don't have a lot of energy today, that's why 20 minutes was just right. Mentally I've noticed a big improvement though: This Challenge is already helping me overcome my fear of the one hour sessions and also some specific moves. Now I'm even into it - more sweat, more challenge, because I know at the end it always feels great and it's where the change happens. So the flowers were a real gift to myself! 🌺🌸🌺🌸
