Hey friends,
Coming back after a bit of a break and I feel RUSTY. Looking for suggestions on videos that are a bit ‘easier’ to help build my strength up again. ‘Easy’ is subjective but I’d love your ideas. 30 min is my sweet spot but obvi open to anything that comes to mind. Recovery flows are probably a safe bet generally? Thank you 😊
