I had such dejavu while watching some of those ladies who were just learning your moves and following your guidance; thinking of 2 years ago when I started working out with you. Those first weeks and months were absolute killers! I remember wanting to croak and you were like "4 more sets of 8!!" with your beautiful energy and a smile on your face! ;) And now - - I live for 4 more sets of 8! Thank you for sharing this workout on the platform. This was really fun. Cheers Mbody fam! <3
