Hey Beata, it is actually best to wait at least 30 minutes in between. It’s about the PH value neutralizing in your mouth, so your enamel doesn’t get damaged. I’m a dentist btw 😉. Your worries about swallowing the bacteria is irrelevant, because the acid in your stomach will kill them anyway. I also love the lemon water in the morning. I usually brush my teeth first and then do all my other routines (including getting the kids ready), normally enough time has passed by then.

I spotted your Dog in the lower right corner during abs. But I have to admit in the beginning you talked about a deer, and I was like huh is that the animal she was talking about?!? :-) LOL I really can't remember when I joined, but I can't go for a day without my M/Body. I would sometime love to see what you see during filming, like a behind the scenes??? Maybe?

Happy anniversary! I can only go along with everything everybody said in the video. At least twice a week, my me time (and you! with all your energy). I have 3 Kids an never felt so good in my body!!!! Thank You! I hope you never ever stop!!!
