Best thing? The sweat dripping down my arms, the energy! Worst thing? Me not being there ;-)! Please come to Europe! (I already feel like a child, if my kids ask enough, sooner or later they get what they want). Love the Fam!!!! Thank you for everything and everyone!

Just something that came to my mind during class, unfortunately I couldn't make the live, but can you imagine us working out when we are all 70+. I just imagined that and it made me smile. I will be there if you all are! ;-) Happy Sunday!

Hey Beata, it is actually best to wait at least 30 minutes in between. It’s about the PH value neutralizing in your mouth, so your enamel doesn’t get damaged. I’m a dentist btw 😉. Your worries about swallowing the bacteria is irrelevant, because the acid in your stomach will kill them anyway. I also love the lemon water in the morning. I usually brush my teeth first and then do all my other routines (including getting the kids ready), normally enough time has passed by then.

I spotted your Dog in the lower right corner during abs. But I have to admit in the beginning you talked about a deer, and I was like huh is that the animal she was talking about?!? :-) LOL I really can't remember when I joined, but I can't go for a day without my M/Body. I would sometime love to see what you see during filming, like a behind the scenes??? Maybe?
