Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge!! I did 5x weekly, always fitting in at least one longer class and am feeling so good about it. Going to try to maintain this as long as I can through winter!

oh wow I really loved this. did it on a morning where I was feeling super fatigued and unsure about working out at all. It's a slow burn/build that eases you in and then gets you into a deep sculpt workout with simple, straightforward moves. So awesome, thank you

what an awesome playlist - thanks Marnie!

this one is awesome!! flag for my recently postpartum mamas or anyone with wrist issues. It is wrist heavy for sure! But if your wrists are in good shape, it's so juicy, sweaty, terrific. I loved it!

I accidentally did this back-to-back (a real foggy morning brain!) but it ended up being a great testament to how things change even after just a few days. My body wanted to do different versions of different moves and I felt powerful and engaged both times. Marnie talks about this in the workout so it felt a bit serendipitous that way ;) If you are long legs short torso like me, you may like using yoga blocks for the leg series - I found those really helped!

coming on to commit to the challenge! This will be my first challenge since I became pregnant with my first child (who's now a toddler!). My goals are:

  • 5x weekly workouts

  • 1x 45 or 60 minute class per week

  • join one live (which I also haven't done since giving birth!)

Excited for everyone who is participating!

I was wondering what the technique is for not feeling pressure in your knee when on the ball at the barre? Is it putting more weight in the heel? I find I can never quite crack this!
