I was wondering what the technique is for not feeling pressure in your knee when on the ball at the barre? Is it putting more weight in the heel? I find I can never quite crack this!ย

This one was SUPER sweaty - I don't think I was totally prepared for the intensity!! If you do a yoga practice, you may love bringing in blocks for some of the inversions. I found they really helped me. Great class, thanks Marnie xย

unbelievably grateful for this one. I know I'm not the only person who finds they often click on the exact workout they need without knowing it. It's been a time of intense change for me - I hadn't been here in a week and missed it enormously. So thank you, because it really took care of me this morning. xx
