Hi Alice! These are great questions! I started M/BODY in 2020, after being a gym bunny and weight lifter for years. I workout more than some (7d/wk) however I vary the workouts daily w either a cardio, arms or legs day, full body toning, or stretch and recover class. To me that is one of the best things about this platform. My legs have toned and thinned out, as well as my arms and abs. My rear has lifted and I have much less low back pain! I found that Marnie has helped changed my mindset from looking good to feeling great! Welcome to the family!!

Hi Costi! Iโ€™m the same. I manage this by doing a stretch class or meditation class. This way I donโ€™t get my heart rate up but still feel as if I did a workout. Also Marnieโ€™s positive vibes are healing. Drink lots of water and rest!

Another favorite โค๏ธ! I usually avoid floor classes but all of the new moves and flow kept my heart rate up, sculpted and really helped my tight hips and hip flexor. Perfect ๐Ÿคฉ

I love this one so much. I use 1 lbs weights and still found it challenging! Also loved the moves with the single leg lift to plank combo.

Weekdays I prefer shorter sessions. Weekends I incorporate the longer workouts. I workout daily, so I tend to need 5 short and 2 long. Not sure if that helps or not. I love allllll of them!
