Yep. I don’t spend much time on IG/social media because of how draining it is. I have already be curating my feed but you can’t curate ads 😫

Uhhh the first longer class workouts after taking a break do feel so good. I can echo the sentiment. Hope you’re settling into your new place (so exciting!) and still getting rest in!

35/60?! What?! Yes!

This challenge covered a wild span of my life - that’s for sure.

I had a very bad flare up of an existing medical condition and couldn’t exercise for what felt like eons… That definitely wasn’t anticipated. AND once I got the clear to exericise, I had zero drama and hopped back on the wagon!

And, the hardest part of the last 60 days, I had to put my beloved (fur)baby to sleep. He was (and is) my angel, my guide, my best friend. I’m sporadically bursting into tears when I’m reminded of him… when I don’t see him in his “Marnie spot”.

These workouts anchored me. The community anchored me. The posts anchored me.
