I will be coming back and back and back to this one. The length is perfect with the intensity of the planks. I also really appreciated the end meditation and visualization of roots in our hands and body. Thank you so much for this work of art Marnie and fam! 🙏💪

The stretch at the very end, cross legged and bending back 👌also the middle with the plank and push up sequence really felt energizing 💚

I also loved the meditation at the end and the reminder that it was a “work-in” vs workout. I love that so much. I’m also carrying the reminder that growth is when you grieve and when you acknowledge the present moment. 💚 I found some of these moves more challenging after a 10K I did. Also lengthening my legs with a flexed foot rotating forwards really used my brain 💥
