The choreography was so unique - I didn’t have a second to overthink in this class! I loved Marnie’s reminder at the end that this work is cumulative and it’s real (in so many spaces). Thank you for that beautiful reminder 🙏

No doubt this class is what Marnie says — perfect for connecting in a deep way to your core and power center and bringing you back to yourself when life is chaotic. This is going in my fav folder and in my “ones that challenged me” folder.
