I was so excited about the winter challenge, but fell off and gave up after a few days and gained 10 pounds instead. A few months before that I was working out an hour or two a day for 4 months straight. (Was gifted an Apple Watch and was obsessed with closing my rings)

So here I am trying to find a healthy balance between the two, and finding a rhythm that will sustain me. Aiming for the full 60, but will give myself grace if I miss a few days.
