Ballet Glide
Hi Guys💗I’m a bit behind with classes and I’ve just done the 30 min ballet glide class! OMG if you haven’t done it yet,please give it a go! It’s such a beautiful,graceful and focussed class (great for the mind too),what a combo! We live in England so couldn’t get hold of the M/body gliders so had to resort to bala ones but I’m so glad Marnie has come up with this idea,more gliders classes please! Have a fab day fam,lots of love!💗

What a class, so balanced and so good! We’ve been away for a few days visiting family for Easter so I’ve decided to start with this class to get back into the swing of things! It’s so yummy,brilliant for the lower back and spine too after all that sitting/driving! Thank you Marnie and team💗xxx

I was putting this off as I prefer a full body workout but then I also don’t like being too behind with the lives (since I can’t sadly join them due to our evening routine here in the UK) so I’ve cracked on this morning. And I was so wrong! How could I forget Marnie’s M/Body raison d’être that even if it’s a “focus” class it will be a wholesome full body workout in disguise💗I LOVED it! Definitely one to come back to as I did have to drop my arms a few times but hopefully there will be progress☺️Thank you again💗xxx

Instant favourite! I’ve been absent for a week due to travelling and this was the perfect class to get me back into gear and get me on the mat! It’s a dream for all those tight hips after travelling and sitting on a plane too! Thank you Marnie and team!💗

What a beautiful class!🩰 LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Quite a lot of us are already saying the same thing, but it took me back to my ballet days too. It felt so grounding and peaceful and I feel I’m set up for the day! Don’t be fooled by its slow pace, it doesn’t mean it’s easy! I cannot wait to do it again (and maybe get some ballet slippers too🤫🥰)Thank you Marnie and team💗xxx

Early M/Body G/Fam birds - what’s your tips for excercising early in the morning?
I need your help you lovely lot! I’ve always been a night owl (this didn’t change when my baby girl came along 🤣🙈) and an evening workout after work/once little girl’s in bed and before dinner has been my little routine and I’ve loved it! However,now that Lily goes to bed later (7.-7.30pm),doing a “Marnie” (as we call it on our household💗) before making dinner will result in a very late cooking session and sitting down for a meal and I feel we don’t have much of an evening left. So I’ve decided something’s gotta give! My husband and I we both decided to workout early in the morning instead! I’m on week 3-trying to get up at 5.30 am as I’m on the mat by 6 am at the latest! It’s surprisingly not as difficult as I thought but I feel I’m a bit more weak in the morning. Are there many fam members out there who are on a similar routine? Do you eat before an early morning excercise? What are you fave classes to do? I also don’t feel like a lot of bounce and mainly have been focusing on shorter classes but maybe it’s something my body will get used to! Any tips would be welcome!💗Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post!lots of love xxxx

Absolutely loved this class, what a way to start a Friday morning! Because of the pace of the workout,I felt so connected to the muscles and it almost felt meditative,full focus required but in a super fun way! Thank you Marnie and team!💗
