Instant favourite! Iāve been absent for a week due to travelling and this was the perfect class to get me back into gear and get me on the mat! Itās a dream for all those tight hips after travelling and sitting on a plane too! Thank you Marnie and team!š

What a beautiful class!š©° LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Quite a lot of us are already saying the same thing, but it took me back to my ballet days too. It felt so grounding and peaceful and I feel Iām set up for the day! Donāt be fooled by its slow pace, it doesnāt mean itās easy! I cannot wait to do it again (and maybe get some ballet slippers tooš¤«š„°)Thank you Marnie and teamšxxx

Early M/Body G/Fam birds - whatās your tips for excercising early in the morning?
I need your help you lovely lot! Iāve always been a night owl (this didnāt change when my baby girl came along š¤£š) and an evening workout after work/once little girlās in bed and before dinner has been my little routine and Iāve loved it! However,now that Lily goes to bed later (7.-7.30pm),doing a āMarnieā (as we call it on our householdš) before making dinner will result in a very late cooking session and sitting down for a meal and I feel we donāt have much of an evening left. So Iāve decided somethingās gotta give! My husband and I we both decided to workout early in the morning instead! Iām on week 3-trying to get up at 5.30 am as Iām on the mat by 6 am at the latest! Itās surprisingly not as difficult as I thought but I feel Iām a bit more weak in the morning. Are there many fam members out there who are on a similar routine? Do you eat before an early morning excercise? What are you fave classes to do? I also donāt feel like a lot of bounce and mainly have been focusing on shorter classes but maybe itās something my body will get used to! Any tips would be welcome!šThank you so much for taking the time to read my post!lots of love xxxx

Absolutely loved this class, what a way to start a Friday morning! Because of the pace of the workout,I felt so connected to the muscles and it almost felt meditative,full focus required but in a super fun way! Thank you Marnie and team!š

Iām still catching up on quite few of the December classes and OMG this has to be my new fav 20 minute class! Similar to the below reviews,the combos are longer (Love them!) and challenging for brain and body,lots of wiggles but so so energising! The hip stretch at the end feels fantastic,especially due to the way Marnie built the class up!šthank youš„°xxx

So so brilliant! I did a mix with the weights (Iām slowly transitiong back to the mat after the holidaysšš¤£) but Iāll be sure to try it with the 5 lbs next time!Thank you Marnie and teamšxoxox

I was putting this off as I prefer a full body workout but then I also donāt like being too behind with the lives (since I canāt sadly join them due to our evening routine here in the UK) so Iāve cracked on this morning. And I was so wrong! How could I forget Marnieās M/Body raison dāĆŖtre that even if itās a āfocusā class it will be a wholesome full body workout in disguisešI LOVED it! Definitely one to come back to as I did have to drop my arms a few times but hopefully there will be progressāŗļøThank you againšxxx
