New M/Body Mini to join the fam soon
Dear GFamšŸ’—
Just wanted to share my happy news that it looks like a little baby boy is going to join his big Sis Lily and the global M/body Fam around the end of October/early November.
Any pregnant mamas out there-Marnieā€™s workouts are designed in such way that I was able to exercise up until my due date with my first pregnancy two years ago. I have been trying to follow the same curriculum as last time but my body does feel a bit more ache-y than last time-maybe because I also have a toddler this time round hahašŸ¤£.
As Marnie says motivation is a verb and movement creates movement, and I 100% feel better after a workout. Pregnant mamas, what are your current fave workouts?Sending you lots of lovešŸ’—xxx

Movement Ball advice please!
Hello lovely fam! is there anyone out there who doesnā€™t have a movement ball and theyā€™re using a substitute/next best thing? Iā€™d love to have one but due to shipping into the UK,Iā€™ve been making do with a pilates ball but Iā€™m a bit fed up with it now,itā€™s too squishy! It doesnā€™t hold firm when standing on it or when we are on all fours and weā€™re meant to have it under our knee. Can anyone suggest an alternative thatā€™s working for them please?thank you so much in advancešŸ’—Lots of love xxx

Ballet Glide
Hi GuysšŸ’—Iā€™m a bit behind with classes and Iā€™ve just done the 30 min ballet glide class! OMG if you havenā€™t done it yet,please give it a go! Itā€™s such a beautiful,graceful and focussed class (great for the mind too),what a combo! We live in England so couldnā€™t get hold of the M/body gliders so had to resort to bala ones but Iā€™m so glad Marnie has come up with this idea,more gliders classes please! Early M/Body G/Fam birds - whatā€™s your tips for excercising early in the morning?
I need your help you lovely lot! Iā€™ve always been a night owl (this didnā€™t change when my baby girl came along šŸ¤£šŸ™ˆ) and an evening workout after work/once little girlā€™s in bed and before dinner has been my little routine and Iā€™ve loved it! However,now that Lily goes to bed later (7.-7.30pm),doing a ā€œMarnieā€ (as we call it on our householdšŸ’—) before making dinner will result in a very late cooking session and sitting down for a meal and I feel we donā€™t have much of an evening left. So Iā€™ve decided somethingā€™s gotta give! My husband and I we both decided to workout early in the morning instead! Iā€™m on week 3-trying to get up at 5.30 am as Iā€™m on the mat by 6 am at the latest! Itā€™s surprisingly not as difficult as I thought but I feel Iā€™m a bit more weak in the morning. Are there many fam members out there who are on a similar routine? Do you eat before an early morning excercise? What are you fave classes to do? I also donā€™t feel like a lot of bounce and mainly have been focusing on shorter classes but maybe itā€™s something my body will get used to! What a class to kick off 2023!Maybe in my own head but I felt I was twinning with Marnie (a bit) on Wednesday haha- I got 2 bodysuits for Christmas and couldnā€™t wait to get back to the mat to try themšŸ¤©I also received some bala bangles so Iā€™m buzzing to revisit one of those workouts today!Have a fantastic Friday and weekedn fam,sending you all lots of love and a very happy new year!!!šŸ’—

Back on the mat after 6 weeks (my last Marnie session was a day before going into laboršŸ¤Ŗ) while my little girl was napping. I started my ā€œownā€ version of the challenge on tuesday but I was a bit worried as to how to ease myself back in as in the end I had to have an emergency c-section. Luckily, Marnie and the team had it all figured out and the 20 min standing core dance was just what I needed to start engaging with my core again!Couldnā€™t join the live yesterday but look forward to giving it a go todayšŸ’ŖšŸ»šŸ™šŸ»Sending love to you allšŸ’—xx

Just caught up with Saturdayā€™s live and what a fun class it was! Iā€™m getting a bit more tired now with 37 weeks into pregnancy and this has certainly helped to give me the energy boost I needed!šŸ’—Also, Marnie where is your gorgeous rainbow outfit from please?I LOVE it so much!šŸŒˆLove to all and see you tomorrow!xxx
