Hi Sweet GFam!
I started back on the mat in December after getting the sign off for having baby George, funnily enough my first class back was Marnieās pelvic floor class,how timely,thank you ever so much! Today we just finished yesterdayās core connection class,OMG what a toughie! Cannot wait to do it again! Itās not easy getting to the mat with 2 little ones and not being able to join the lives frustrates me a little, but we will get there. As Marnie would say progress in millimetres!š„°š¤©
Huge shout out to Lindsey who helped me with a list of classes to ease back into after my c-section!

My new M/Body mini arrived on the 23rd of October!š
Dear GFam, George LĆ”szló Byrne has arrived safe and sound and I cannot believe heās 3 weeks old already! His big sister, Lily Mary, was really looking forward to welcoming him home and I cannot wait to be back on the mat once Iāve got the all clear!šš

Week 38 with baby boy and getting to the mat makes me feel so good both physically and mentally!
Those in Italy,the pictures/videos on IG look fantastic have a great time and those at home,enjoy the challenge!

New M/Body Mini to join the fam soon
Dear GFamš
Just wanted to share my happy news that it looks like a little baby boy is going to join his big Sis Lily and the global M/body Fam around the end of October/early November.
Any pregnant mamas out there-Marnieās workouts are designed in such way that I was able to exercise up until my due date with my first pregnancy two years ago. I have been trying to follow the same curriculum as last time but my body does feel a bit more ache-y than last time-maybe because I also have a toddler this time round hahaš¤£.
As Marnie says motivation is a verb and movement creates movement, and I 100% feel better after a workout. Pregnant mamas, what are your current fave workouts?Sending you lots of lovešxxx

Movement Ball advice please!
Hello lovely fam! is there anyone out there who doesnāt have a movement ball and theyāre using a substitute/next best thing? Iād love to have one but due to shipping into the UK,Iāve been making do with a pilates ball but Iām a bit fed up with it now,itās too squishy! It doesnāt hold firm when standing on it or when we are on all fours and weāre meant to have it under our knee. Can anyone suggest an alternative thatās working for them please?thank you so much in advancešLots of love xxx

Ballet Glide
Hi GuysšIām a bit behind with classes and Iāve just done the 30 min ballet glide class! OMG if you havenāt done it yet,please give it a go! Itās such a beautiful,graceful and focussed class (great for the mind too),what a combo! We live in England so couldnāt get hold of the M/body gliders so had to resort to bala ones but Iām so glad Marnie has come up with this idea,more gliders classes please! Early M/Body G/Fam birds - whatās your tips for excercising early in the morning?
I need your help you lovely lot! Iāve always been a night owl (this didnāt change when my baby girl came along š¤£š) and an evening workout after work/once little girlās in bed and before dinner has been my little routine and Iāve loved it! However,now that Lily goes to bed later (7.-7.30pm),doing a āMarnieā (as we call it on our householdš) before making dinner will result in a very late cooking session and sitting down for a meal and I feel we donāt have much of an evening left. So Iāve decided somethingās gotta give! My husband and I we both decided to workout early in the morning instead! Iām on week 3-trying to get up at 5.30 am as Iām on the mat by 6 am at the latest! Itās surprisingly not as difficult as I thought but I feel Iām a bit more weak in the morning. Are there many fam members out there who are on a similar routine? Do you eat before an early morning excercise? What are you fave classes to do? I also donāt feel like a lot of bounce and mainly have been focusing on shorter classes but maybe itās something my body will get used to! Any tips would be welcome!šThank you so much for taking the time to read my post!lots of love xxxx

What a class to kick off 2023!Maybe in my own head but I felt I was twinning with Marnie (a bit) on Wednesday haha- I got 2 bodysuits for Christmas and couldnāt wait to get back to the mat to try themš¤©I also received some bala bangles so Iām buzzing to revisit one of those workouts today!Have a fantastic Friday and weekedn fam,sending you all lots of love and a very happy new year!!!š
