I am a bit behind with the lives but couldn't imagine a better start to the weekend than this! And while I was doing it the M/Body notification just popped up on my phone "Trust the timing of your life" wow Marnie and team you really are watching over me like guardian angels. I loved the barre and ab series in this, not to mention Marnie's amazing Barbie style outfit, I need to get some pink workout gear :) Lots of love to all! xxx

I felt quite low on energy today and this was the perfect pick me up! Also,Marnie has just a special way of closing every class, it makes me feel super-chilled and calm. "I am safe, I am well".

I missed this week’s wednesday live due to the time change so I decided to do this one instead. OMG this was challenging but so much fun! Look forward to doing it again!💗🥰

I only just did this yesterday, a day after Wednesday's live (which was pretty amazing too) and my legs deffo feel like jelly. :D The barre+ball+arm weights combo was just insane! I think I will only manage a stretch class today though haha !

What a lovely end to a Friday evening! This stretch flow is magical, so soothing and relaxing. Not to mention, the playlist is fab too! I'm sure I'll keep coming back to it!

I have only just managed to catch up on this class but oh my word! You know when Marnie asks us to name our favourite classes? Well, every week I feel I have a new fave and this one is certainly one of them! It is challenging (I've had to pause it a few times to get the hang of some of the moves) but it is fabulous and I'm sure it will be a Global Fam fave too! :)Thank you Marnie for continuing to inspire & challenge us! Loved this class but I did struggle so I will definitely need to re-visit this a few times but I remember when I first did these side planks in Marnie’s first popsugar video on youtube-I was dead after 2 in a row🤣🙈During this class I surprised myself by doing 8 in a row with no problem whatsoever whoop whoop🤩I guess as Marnie says change does happen in millimeters!!!🥰

I loved every minute of this class,even though I think this is one of the most difficult ones I’ve done!I felt like a ballerina but I’ll definitely need to return to this to perfect my moves!🤩
