The ab move at 21:50 min mark was insane, never felt a burn like that. This is an official request to have this move on the next fam favourites class. This workout was really grounding and meditative. I loved the incorporated elements of flow and staying close to the floor. Super cool, thanks for always keeping the workouts enjoyable. ❤️
