Hey Danni, I love bala weight classes for the arms or ankles. Also love my micro ball and would be up for seeing it in some future videos, just some thoughts (I know not everyone has the equipment)! I love 45 min classes the most! Christmas music class would be a blast! Thanks for asking!!
