Thank you Marnie for anothet great workout! I love at the beginning where you say there are ebbs & flows in life - and motivation is not one steadfast space that it also changes -& (we ought) to allow ourselves to be exactly where we are... We do this for others - granting them grace. We (I) need to remember to do this for ourselves (myself).
