A perfect class if you're travelling without traditional equipment and still want to challenge yourself in a fun way.

I found it challenging both physically and mentally, a great lesson to accep limits and letting go expectations. Stay until the end to listen to Marnie's reflections on the theme, it really made my day!💜🙏
