I am totally with you, more and more these challenges bring up different experiences, and no two challenges are exactly the same! Hello from the summer challenge! Just had to say that coming back to this, the ā€œroly poly salsa moveā€ as Jenny G referred to it below was so confusing to me the first time but doing it again, it was way more fun! So I had a pretty awful day at work, and I was not feeling like dancing and bouncing around but I’m so glad I went for it! Talk about a serotonin shot straight to the heart!! LOVE

Loved this!! I recently moved and am finally in a space where I can have my own barre set up (instead of using a table or chair, which still works too of course!). This was my first workout with my barre!! So fun, loved every second of it! ā¤ļø

Well that was incredibly challenging… which I guess means I have to favorite it and try it again and again! Was shouting at Marnie during that ball under the knee combo ā€œomg why!!ā€ as if she could hear me šŸ˜‚ and I loved it anyways! Quick question for the fam: my arches were hellllla achey during that ball under the arch of the foot work. I switched to the mini ball which helped (I’m a size 8 for ref) but wondering if anyone else experiences that or if there’s a different customization I can do? I know the ball and wiggles are important, I just don’t want to hurt myself. Maybe I just need to stretch that part of my foot more? šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Had a tough day today, just getting knocked down one thing after another and coming to the mat was a challenge… even though I felt like I stumbled through this one, and didn’t take nearly every jump, getting to sweat off the day was magic ✨for all the fam who struggled to get on the mat today, I just want to say I see you and I’m so proud of you! ā¤ļø

Just did this one again since the live, and reading the description for option to add 2-5 pounds I thought WHY NOT, quick 20 minutes, let’s do the 5s. I’ve been working with the 3s lately and doing ok, so I thought, let’s try it. WOW my entire body will be feeling that tomorrow! šŸ˜‚(don’t worry I took breaks when I needed and didn’t hurt myself). I recommend only if you’re looking to really up the ante LOL
