Hi Lee! 🥰 We have an amazing tab on our app and website called “Focus” — it has lots of workouts that focus on booty, core, thighs, and more! We suggest you check that out and see what works for you! There are also “Low Impact Workouts” that can be modified to work for you! Xo!
