Getting started with a challenge or guide is one of the best ways to begin! Marnie curates them so you can get all three pillars of sculpt, sweat/cardio, and recovery. We recommend the Marnie x Drew 10 Days of Loveliness Guide (you can find it under the "Guides & Challenge" category). It introduces you to all different types of flows without feeling overwhelmed. 

Will you be able to join our live class this Wednesday? It's at 9am Pacific Time - not sure what time it'll be in Brazil but we'd love to see you! Marnie will discuss this before and/or after class, so make sure to catch the recording if you can't make it!
