I actually loved this one! In this phase of life my body struggles with hand planks and push-ups but I modified that section partly on elbows. I’m in a process of re-learning to trust my body’s natural healing capacity and this flow was so nice with breath ~ felt like the joints in my body rejuvenated with oxygen 🌬️🧘‍♀️ 🪷✨

I love this one. Even though my body can’t withstand heels up for long durations in this phase of my heathy journey I still feel strong in my body and knowing when my body is ready I’ll push through to new levels. Marnie’s encouragement to find that balance of listening to our body in each day and to also push ourselves past mental blocks is so encouraging! I don’t fight my body like I used to it’s more about trusting it’s innate wisdom to move in it’s own way and that strength is always in me even when I’m health challenged 🩷 thank you Marnie!!
