M/Body Movement Ball

Loved Wednesday’s live!! An added bonus for the m/body movement ball - keeps babies happy during the end of class. 😉 Also thought I would share that my dad asked me if I played dodgeball when he saw it at my house over the weekend haha! Nope just for moving. 💃🏻 😉

Mini dance partner!

I finally got a picture of this - everytime I hit the ballet barre, my daughter wants to join. 😂 I always ask her before class “are you ready to work out with mommy & Marnie???” So thankful that she’s watching me LOVE working out and prioritizing healthy habits! We love Marnie and our fam! 💕

Hoping you feel better soon!! During the fall challenge last year I was completely out for over a week while I was sick and taking care of a (thankfully healthy!) newborn. Rest helped me feel better, and I was proud of myself for listening to my body instead of pushing myself too far. Great job prioritizing your health by resting! we are here for you!

This video has always been a favorite of mine, but now it holds a special place in my heart, as it was the workout I completed hours before my water breaking. Now almost 6 months later, my daughter was playing on the floor with my M/Body ball. <3

"This is a good one to come back to when you have anxiety" = absolutely true! Loved revisiting this one after being out of routine in workouts & life, very grounding and refreshing.
