Ok this was the PERFECT class to start my morning - more energy than coffee! As always love the doggies, especially feeling solidarity watching Malibu take care of her little sleepy newborns and now caring for her crazy toddlers (that's my stage right now with 3 3 & under!). What a cutie!!! Congratulations! I definitely started out with slower, shorter recovery classes postpartum. The newest recovery flow was amazing as all those classes are! Hope you’re able to continue to give yourself grace as you find out which movement is the most healing for you right now, even if it’s just walks in the sun with your baby! ♥️
