T-Swift Class!!

LOVED the Taylor Swift class - joined the live with my busy toddler who was bopping along to the beats, and then today while she was napping I went to the gym to do it again (without distraction this time 😂)! 💃🏻The variety of these classes - including the music - make my heart so happy! Happy Sunday everyone!

And I absolutely love this platform & these challenges! My body craves this work. 🤩People always think I’m crazy to love working out but clearlyyy they haven’t tried M/Body. 😉
