Hoping you feel better soon!! During the fall challenge last year I was completely out for over a week while I was sick and taking care of a (thankfully healthy!) newborn. Rest helped me feel better, and I was proud of myself for listening to my body instead of pushing myself too far. Great job prioritizing your health by resting! we are here for you!

This video has always been a favorite of mine, but now it holds a special place in my heart, as it was the workout I completed hours before my water breaking. Now almost 6 months later, my daughter was playing on the floor with my M/Body ball. <3
