Hands down the best class this challenge! For someone who is always “in her head”/overthinking/thinking of my to-do list, the complex and rapidly changing moves keeps my brain engaged and focused on the workout, the form, and the sweat!

The hand over you heart at the end 💜 I recently read that a hand held over your heart triggers the same parts of your brain that light up when you give/get a hug. I felt this deeply today!

This class was both exciting and humbling. Exciting because I would not have achieved this level of endurance and complex movements on Day 1 of challenge. Humbling because I have so much farther to go in this journey! 🔥💜
