I did this video SO many times when i first joined and it was always a tough one! Still tough but i can feel how much more flexible, stronger, & less wiggly I am!!

My brand new rug arrived 3 minutes into me starting this workout… talk about testing myself with FINISHING my workout BEFORE opening my rug!!!😜 So glad I didn’t brush off my workout💪💪
