Wow!! LOVED this class! The pace was just what I needed this morning- a bit slower so it gave me a chance to really mail all the moves. Great when you’re short on time and also great if you’re low on energy… Will be back for sure and when I do *note to self* TRY HEAVIER WEIGHTS! Ok now I’ll be held accountable 😉
